- New LED court lights coming!
Eagles Nest courts are scheduled to have new LED lighting installed during May 2025 while also undergoing court resurfacing. This project is estimated to take 3 weeks.Tuscany Falls LED lighting is expected to be completed in 2026.
- Water Fountain Repair/Replacement
The PCTC has requested the HOA look into the operating condition of our water fountain by court 8. The water has consistently been hot. The water fountain on court 11 will be replaced.
- New Umbrellas and cushions
The old tan umbrellas and cushions have been replaced by larger blue umbrellas and blue cushions. The old umbrellas were very hard to lift or take down due to the lock pin that was too high for many of us to reach. The new umbrellas are crank operated and easy to use. The old cushions were torn and full of bird crap.
- Sports building upkeep
The PCTC has asked the HOA to purchase new blinds for the TF sports building. The blinds are broken and many can no longer be raised or lowered.
